The hotel seemed very well cared for and was comfortable to stay in. The coffee shop on the first floor had really good food and coffee though it was pricey. Also liked that we didn't have humidification problems in the room like we have had in other hotels.

Absolutely loved my stay here, my room was great, I slept really well and it is really well furnished and designed. The check in staff were exceptional at offering me a choice of rooms, I loved the rooftop pool and the lobby is absolutely brilliant. The coffee shop in the lobby is good, great biscuits, though it gets busy! Fab location. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

the location of the hotel, and the guest service from ALL staff was excellent. The hotel facilities where as presented. I would recommend the breakfast to be disconnected from the coffeeshop. This for a better guest experience.T

Our room, 335 opened to the pool. The in room coffee was Starbuck’s brand. The staff was exceedingly helpful and kind, especially the door people. The hotel’s location was ideal for walking to various restaurants and tourist sites. The staff was very responsive and provided extra towels promptly.

The location was perfect for our 1 day stay. Within walking distance of all we wanted to do and see. Staff was efficient and friendly and very helpful.
